As we drive innovation and advancement to suit your business requirements, we understand that certain processes must be decommissioned and replaced with newer, more secure ones to ensure that you receive the highest quality of service possible. In doing so, we have identified several product versions, which need to be upgraded for better functionality and usability. Therefore, we have announced the End of Life (EoL) of the product versions listed in Table 1 below.
Please review the statements carefully for further details, including information regarding end of technical support (EoTS). We recommend our customers to upgrade to newer versions, though customers with active service contracts will continue to receive technical support until the date marked in Table 1 below

Release Date - Indicates when the software version was released for general availability.
End of Technical Support - AppViewX will no longer accept technical support calls once the EoTS date has been passed for the major release of software.
